Wee Sites is the trading name of Kristian Sokol, an individual trader based in Galicia, Spain. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Wee Sites, and "you" means the person buying from us. You can reach us at hello.coachkris@gmail.com.
Anything described as digital or a download is a digital content product. A call is a live service. A custom build is a bespoke service.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed. If a payment fails, no contract is formed and nothing is delivered.
Downloads are available immediately after payment clears. The link is yours to keep, so please save the file somewhere safe. Call bookings are arranged by email within two working days of purchase. Custom builds begin once the agreed deposit is paid and we have your content.
By law, consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to change their mind on a purchase made online. That right does not apply to digital content once delivery has started, but only if you agree to it starting right away and accept that you lose the right to cancel.
When you buy a download from us, you are asking for the file immediately. At checkout you confirm that delivery starts straight away and that you lose the 14 day cancellation right for that download. If you have not opened or downloaded a file, contact us within 14 days and we will cancel and refund it, no questions asked.
Digital content and live calls are not goods that can be returned. Nothing in this section affects your rights where a product is faulty, not as described, or not delivered.
If something has gone wrong, tell us first. We would much rather fix a real problem than argue about a policy.
You confirm you are 18 or over and buying for yourself or a business you represent. Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the material. You may use the workbook to build your own website, or a website for a client you are being paid to help. You may not resell, share, republish, or give away the files, and you may not present the material as your own product or course.
We teach a process and we stand behind it. We do not promise a result. Building a website, being found on Google, or making money online depends on your market, your effort and factors outside anyone's control. Nothing we sell is financial, legal or medical advice. Any examples of time taken are typical, not guaranteed.
If a step does not work, email us and we will help. Support covers questions about the process we teach. It does not include doing the work for you, building pages, or fixing a website we did not build.
All text, design, code and images we supply remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors, except the website files we hand over on a custom build, which become yours once paid in full. Your words, photos and brand material stay yours at all times.
We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product giving rise to it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect losses.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you also keep the right to use your local consumer protection bodies. These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
We may update these terms. The version live when you buy is the version that applies to your purchase. This page always shows the date it was last changed.
